We only accept return and replacement if the goods received by you are physically damaged.
Our return and replacement policy allows You to request a replacement product of the same or less value at no additional cost if the Goods received by You are physically damaged.
You will be eligible to get a replacement if a replacement request is made, with appropriate images of the damage, within 24 – 48 HRS of receipt of the delivery of the Order.
Please note that this policy will not cover routine product wear and tear, damage incurred during the use, or any other forms of damage and will not, in any event, entitle You to a refund, whether partial or otherwise.
No replacement request will be accepted after 3 days of delivery.
A free return or replacement cannot be created for an item that was returned and replaced once earlier.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend making sure to securely pack your item with adequate cushioning to prevent damage to the item in transit. We are unable to issue a refund or replace Goods without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
